Real Housewife of Dayton: The Last Day of Summer

Instead of watching the Ohio State v. FAMU game, I'm surfing the web and trying very hard not to do a little online shopping (I REALLY want these!). It's exciting for an HBCU to play at The Shoe, however, we know it's going to be a bloodbath for Florida A&M, so Hashim and I have decided NOT to watch the massacre. Someone just let me know the score later, okay?

Today is the last official day of summer and I am actually glad for it. It definitely feels like fall is here, all the windows are open, and that cool breeze is refreshing after the hot, stuffy week we've had. I'm a teacher who seriously enjoys her summers off, but there is something about leaves turning, football, hot chocolate and cozy sweaters. Not to mention, I just purchased a new pair of riding boots I'm dying to wear. So, although I bid a fond farewell to the summer, I'm welcoming the fall with open arms.
